(A) City Manager maintains maps. The City Manager shall keep and maintain accurate maps setting out bicycle trails, designated bicycle lanes, and bicycle routes designated by resolution of the governing body; and the maps shall be available to the public.
(B) City Manager maintains signs. The City Manager or designee shall cause all bicycle lanes and specially designated bicycle routes to be signposted to give notice that this subchapter is in effect.
(C) Punishment for violations. The violation of any provision of this subchapter shall be subject to the same punishment as the violation of any other provision of this chapter.
