§ 70.176 PEDESTRIANS TO HAVE RIGHT-OF-WAY.

It shall be the duty of any person riding or operating a bicycle or tricycle upon any bicycle trail or designated bicycle lane to yield the right-of-way to any pedestrian traveling thereon.
