§ 70.161 USE OF CROSSWALKS.
   No person shall go from one side of the highway to the other except at a right angle at regular crosswalks at the end of the block upon any highway in the business section or on any through highway. A pedestrian shall use the right half of the crosswalk when crossing the highway.
