§ 70.145 TRAFFIC LAWS TO APPLY.
   Every person riding a bicycle upon a highway shall be subject to the provisions of this chapter applicable to the driver of a vehicle, except as to special regulations of this chapter and except as to those provisions thereof, which by their nature can have no application.
