§ 70.133 IMPOUNDMENT AUTHORIZED.
   The Chief of Police is hereby authorized to seize and impound any snowmobile:
   (A)   Found abandoned on any city street, alley or right-of-way;
   (B)   Posing a traffic hazard; or
   (C)   For any reason otherwise authorized for any other motor vehicle.
