§ 70.110 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   DEVIATING TRUCK. A truck which leaves and departs from a truck route while traveling inside the city.
   TRUCK. Any vehicle used to transport passengers or property with a gross vehicle weight rating, gross combination weight rating, gross vehicle weight, or gross combination weight which exceeds 10,001 pounds. This definition applies to many types of vehicles i.e., small package delivery vehicles, pick-up trucks with trailers attached, box trucks, straight trucks, etc.
   TRUCK ROUTE. A way over certain streets, as designated by map herein, over and along which trucks coming into, going out of and traveling within the city must operate.
