§ 70.093 SPECIAL STREET SIGNS FOR SNOW REMOVAL.
   For the purpose of removing snow and ice from the streets, the Chief of Police and the Street Superintendent may place appropriate signs upon the streets prohibiting parking thereon for the length of time deemed necessary. Within 12 hours of placing the signs, all vehicles shall be in compliance with these signs. Within 12 hours after the removal of the signs, vehicles shall be in compliance with the nonemergency signs or traffic regulations. A person in violation of this section shall be punished by a fine set by resolution.
