§ 70.048 PASSING VEHICLE YIELDING RIGHT-OF-WAY TO PEDESTRIANS.
   Whenever any vehicle has stopped at a marked crosswalk or at any intersection to permit a pedestrian to cross a highway or entrance to an alley, it shall be unlawful for the operator of any other vehicle approaching from the rear to overtake and pass the stopped vehicle.
