§ 70.045 CARELESS DRIVING; PENALTIES.
   Any person who drives any motor vehicle carelessly and without due caution, at a speed or in a manner so as to endanger or be likely to endanger any person or property, not amounting to reckless driving as defined in SDCL § 23-24-1, shall be guilty of an offense, and upon conviction shall be punished in the manner prescribed by the general penalty provisions of the ordinances of the city.
