§ 70.042 SPEED LIMITS ESTABLISHED.
   (A)   Unless otherwise posted, the speeds limits on all alleyways in all businesses and residential districts within the city shall be 15 mph.
   (B)   Unless otherwise posted, speed limits on all public roadways or streets within the city shall be 20 mph in the Central Business District and 25 mph in residential districts.
