§ 70.005 ROLLER SKATING OR RIDING ON SKATEBOARDS, COASTERS, AND THE LIKE ON SIDEWALKS AND PUBLIC HIGHWAYS.

It shall be unlawful for any person on rollerskates or riding in or by means of any coaster, skateboard, toy vehicle, or similar recreational device, to go upon any street or sidewalk located within the B-2 Central Business District of the city.
