§ 53.061 LEAKING SERVICE PIPES.
   (A)   All water meters, the water fixtures, appliances, and appurtenances on private premises connected with the city water system shall be open to inspection by the proper employees of the city at all reasonable and proper hours.
   (B)   Any leaky service pipe leading to a meter shall be properly repaired on notice given by the city authorities, or water shall be shut off.
