§ 53.038 INDIVIDUAL SERVICE REQUIRED.
   Not more than one consumer shall be supplied from each service line without special permission from the Council and upon the recommendation of the Water Superintendent. Water pipes must not be extended from one premise to another without special permission from the Council and upon the recommendation of the Superintendent of the Water Plant.
