§ 53.035 LIABILITY.
   (A)   Liability of city. No claim shall be made against the city by reason of the breaking of service pipes, or for the breaking of any apparatus, meters, water coils in furnaces or stoves, or other apparatus connected with service pipes or for accidental failure in the supply, of water; or damage resulting from shutting off water to make repairs or any other purpose; or by reason of any requirement, rule, or regulation in this code.
   (B)   Liability of plumber. Any plumber shall be liable upon his or her bond as plumber for any and all damages which may be sustained by reason of defective workmanship or failure to comply with the provision of this code.
