Whenever any connections are made with the water mains of this city, or any branch thereof, or whenever any of the water mains are tapped under the provisions of this subchapter, it shall be the duty of the Water Superintendent to make a complete report after the completion of the connections or tap to the mains, of the changes and additions caused by the connections or tapping in the waterworks system to the City Engineer, who will note the same upon the plat of the waterworks of the city.
