§ 53.030 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   WATER DEPARTMENT. The department of the city government having charge and control of the municipal water plant, and any and all property pertaining thereto, of the city.
