§ 51.29 COLLECTIONS.
   (A)   Bills for electrical energy shall be due on the date stated in the bill. The rates charged for electrical energy shall be 5% greater on accounts unpaid by the due date as provided in this subchapter.
   (B)   Electrical service may be discontinued to past-due accounts following personal notice to the customer by telephone or certificate of mailing.
   (C)   The notice shall be in accord with the utility rules and procedures adopted by the City Council and published once in the officially designated legal newspaper.
