(A) Generally. The night watch flood service rate for electrical service shall be as follows:
(B) Specifically.
(1) Designation. NWF;
(2) Applicable. For any customer for illumination of private property;
(3) Rate. A rate set from time to time by resolution;

(4) Installation charge. There shall be a $50 installation charge including up to 50 feet of service wire. Where a new pole must be installed, the customer shall make arrangements with the Electric Department for payment of the additional facilities and labor costs incurred in the installation;
(5) Customer charge. Included in the above rate; and
(6) Penalty. The above rates shall be 5% greater on accounts unpaid by the due date stated on the bill.
