§ 51.24 LARGE COMMERCIAL POWER SECONDARY SERVICE RATE.
   (A)   Generally. The large commercial power secondary service rate for electrical service shall be as follows.
   (B)   Specifically.
      (1)   Designation. LCSP;
      (2)   Applicability. This rate shall be applicable to large commercial and industrial customers taking service through a secondary meter with a monthly peak demand of 20 kW or more in 3 or more monthly billing periods during the prior 12 months. The small commercial power secondary service rate shall apply until the demand meter is installed by the city. Customers shall remain on this rate for a minimum of one year.
      (3)   Rate. A rate set from time to time by resolution;

      (5)   Penalty. The above rates shall be 5% greater on accounts unpaid by the due date stated on the bill.
