§ 34.35 SERVICE DISTRICTS ESTABLISHED.
   Pursuant to the authority granted in SDCL Chapter 9-21A, the City of Vermillion, South Dakota, is hereby divided in area into an Urban Service District and a Rural Service District constituting separate taxing districts for the purpose of levying all municipal ad valorem property taxes, except those levied for the payment of bonds.
