§ 34.24 USE OF REVENUE.
Any revenues received under this subchapter may be used only for the purpose of land acquisition, architectural fees, construction costs, payment for civic center, auditoriums or athletic facility buildings, including the maintenance, staffing, and operations of the facilities, and the promotion and advertising of the municipality, its facilities, attractions, and activities. Priority for the allocation of revenue will be given to the Vermillion Chamber of Commerce and Development Company for economic development activity and promotion of the community for both short-term and long-term activities. The City Council will review the history of usage and determine the approximate anticipated revenue in the next budget year to be allocated to other permissible uses.
