The Cable Television Board shall meet no less than four times each year, at dates and times determined by the members. All meetings of the Board shall comply with Ohio R.C. 121.22 regarding open meetings. If any voting member misses more than two scheduled meetings without prior notification and just cause, the other members may recommend to the Mayor that such member be removed and replaced.
