274.02 FUNCTIONS.
   The functions of the Employee Relations Committee are to:
   (a)   Make recommendations to Council concerning employee proposals, relating to compensation, hours and working conditions, that may be submitted to it in accordance with procedures established by Council and supplemented as necessary by its own rules; and
   (b)   Adjudicate employee grievances as set forth in Section 252.13 of these Codified Ordinances and/or in any Agreement entered into by Council and representatives of any class of Municipal employees, which Agreements typically provide for compensation, benefits and conditions of employment for such employees.
