Council normally will, except as otherwise provided in this section, meet in regular session at a designated site at 7:00 p.m. on the first and third Monday of each month. Should any public hearing be scheduled on the first and third Monday of each month, then Council will meet for regular session immediately following the public hearing. Should any holiday fall upon a regular meeting date, that meeting may be rescheduled upon another date or canceled.
Additionally, Council may deviate from the normal schedule for other reasons it may deem appropriate, but in all cases the Charter requirement of one meeting per month must be met. The Mayor and four members of Council may call special meetings upon at least twenty-four hours notice to each member, served personally or to their usual place of residence.
