(a) The Building Department may issue a license to the owner/operator of a Tourist Home or to any person, as herein defined, to open a Tourist home and rooming or boarding house upon the payment of an application fee of one hundred dollars ($100.00), registration with the Vermilion Finance Department per Chapter 886
.
(b) The Building Department is vested with authority to administer the provisions of this chapter.
