(a) No person shall engage in operating a Transient Accommodation as hereinbefore defined, without first obtaining a Transient Accommodation license from the Vermilion Building Department as herein provided.
(b) No person shall engage in operating a Transient Accommodation as hereinbefore defined without having a safety/fire/building code inspection by the Vermilion Building Department.
(c) Upon a failed inspection where a Transient Accommodation property is in violation of City Ordinances or State Code, property owners will be required to correct violations and submit to a re-inspection. An application fee will be charged for each re-inspection of a property in violation, until such time the property is found to pass inspection requirements.
