There is hereby created, within the Parks and Recreation Board, the position of Parks Maintenance Worker. That said position is hereby established as a full-time position within the unclassified, noncompetitive service of said City. The Parks Maintenance Worker shall be appointed by the Mayor and shall serve at the pleasure of said Service Director and Parks Operations Supervisor. Said Parks Maintenance Worker shall be entitled to the same benefits accorded to all other non-classified regular full-time employees of the City.
