No person shall sell, lease, rent, exchange or otherwise transfer the real property, which has been the subject of a Declaration of Public Health Nuisance pursuant to this chapter or has been the site of a known clandestine drug lab without disclosing such Declaration or knowledge to the broker, listing agent, seller’s agent, buyer’s agent, as well as the buyer or tenant living therein. Such disclosure shall be made on a form provided by the Director of Public Safety.
