   (c)    Permit Conditions.
      (1)    No permits will be issued if there are violations outstanding.
      (2)   No permits will be issued if another contractor holds an active permit until the City receives a letter from the property owner advising of the change.
      (3)    The Building Department will not schedule inspections. It is the building owner's responsibility to contact the City and schedule the inspection appointment and ensure that access to the property will be possible.
      (4)   The permit fee shall be doubled whenever a job is started prior to obtaining a permit.
      (5)   Whenever an inspection has been requested and the work is found to be incomplete, not ready for inspection or in need of correction or special inspection, there shall be a fee of seventy-five dollars ($75.00).
      (6)    Final inspections are required on all jobs.
      (7)    Violations must be corrected and inspected.
      (8)   When a job is found to be in progress without the building permit conspicuously displayed, the person who applied for the permit shall be fined twenty-five dollars ($25.00).

      (9)   There shall be a twenty-five dollar ($25.00) fee charged anytime an inspection is requested with less than 24 hour notice.
