1083.02 ENGINEER'S CONSENT REQUIRED FOR FILLING, COVERING, ETC.

No person shall fill in, cover, remove or regrade the course of any culvert or drain or the grade of the same along a roadside ditch within the dedicated portion of any public street or thoroughfare or an easement for the same without first obtaining the written consent of the City Engineer.
