The Tree Commission shall meet once a month, or as deemed necessary, and shall hold its first meeting in the month following enactment of this Chapter, at which time it shall elect a Chairperson. A majority of members shall constitute a quorum and any actions of the Tree Commission may be taken by a majority of the members present at the meeting at which action is taken.
