(a) No person shall place or cause to be placed yard waste in the paved portion of any street.
(b) No person shall place or cause to be placed yard waste in any area so as to impede the flow of water into any public storm sewer.
(c) No person shall place or cause to be placed yard waste onto the property of another unless such person has obtained the permission of the owner or authorized occupant of such property. (Ord. 2010-7. Passed 2-16-10.)
