In addition to expiration of licenses because of the natural expiration of a bi-annual license.
(a) Any sweepstakes terminal device facility license issued under this chapter shall expire and terminate:
(1) Upon the transfer or sale of a majority interest in the sweepstakes terminal device facility business or of the real property upon which the business is situated; or
(2) Upon the discontinuation of the sweepstakes terminal device facility business for a continuous period of thirty days;
(3) As otherwise provided for by law, including under this chapter.
(b) Any sweepstakes terminal device license issued under this chapter shall expire and terminate upon the transfer or sale of the sweepstakes terminal device authorized by the license.
(c) The Mayor may at any time revoke or suspend any license granted under this chapter for failure to comply with any provision of this chapter, the Building Code, the Zoning Code, or any other relevant City, state, or federal law, rule, or regulation.
