Every sweepstakes terminal device license and sweepstakes terminal device facility license shall be renewed bi-annually in accordance with the requirements of this chapter. At the time of the renewal, the applicant shall file with the Mayor a statement that all information listed on the original application for the license is still complete, accurate, and truthful to the best of his or her knowledge, or a statement listing any and all changes since the original application, and filing fee for renewal. The statement shall be signed by the original signers of the original license application. The Mayor shall determine whether to accept such renewal statement and renew the licenses or whether to require a new application pursuant to this chapter.
