1043.12 SEVERABILITY.

If any part or parts of this Ordinance shall be held to be invalid, such invalidity shall not affect the remaining parts of this chapter. The governing body declares that it would have passed the remaining parts of this chapter if it had known that such part or parts thereof would be declared invalid. (Ord. 2009-99. Passed 12-7-09.)
