Before any grease trap or interceptor is installed or replaced where required by the provisions of this code or the OPC, an application for a permit shall be submitted to the City Building Department for a permit. The fee for such permit shall be as established in the Ohio Building Code. (Ord. 2009-99. Passed 12-7-09.)
