1288.06 MAINTENANCE OF UNIT/SCREENING OF UNIT AND FUEL.

(a) The exterior of any outdoor heating unit shall be maintained and kept in good working condition in accordance with the manufacturers maintenance recommendations.

(b) The outdoor heating unit and fuel storage shall be screened by approved fencing, landscaping, or other suitable enclosure.

(c) Storage of firewood shall be in compliance with Codified Ordinances of Vermilion Section 1482.07(i).
