(a) All specialty contractors; electrical contractors, plumbing contractors, HVAC contractors, refrigeration contractors; fire protection contractors and hydronic contractors shall have a state license issued by the Ohio Construction Industry Licensing Board or State Fire Marshal’s Office for all work within the City of Vermilion.
(b) Copies of current licenses must be submitted to the Building Department for registration. The license number shall be displayed on all correspondence from the contractor and must be displayed on all contractor vehicles as required by State law.
