(a) Ashes: Only two sets of ashes will be permitted on one cemetery space.
(b) Restrictive structures. No fences, landscaping stone or lawn ornaments are to be placed around headstones.
(c) Footers: Monuments, Markers, and remembrances must be supported by a footer installed by the City.
(d) Headstones: Only two headstones will be permitted per space. The second headstone must be a flat stone, flush to the ground and in the center of the grave.
