SECTION IV-5. Full-Time Position.

Effective with the term of office commencing January 1, 2006, the position of Mayor shall be a full-time position. The person holding the office of Mayor shall devote his or her best efforts, skill, labor, expertise and attention and such of his or her time and energy as are required to fulfill the duties of such office.
