1620.03 MOTOR FUEL LEAK DETECTORS.

Within one year of the date of enactment of this section (Ordinance 78-58, passed May 1, 1978), all businesses, establishments and/or operations which utilize pusher-type, i.e. pressure-type, motor fuel pumps, i.e. gasoline, diesel oil, etc., within the City, are hereby required to install or have installed a motor fuel leak detector upon all such pusher-type and/or pressure-type pumps for the purpose of detecting motor fuel leakage in underground piping.
