1482.10 NOTICE OF VIOLATION.
    The Building Inspector, under the supervision of the Director of Public Service, shall examine or cause to be examined any premises reported to be in violation of this Exterior Maintenance Code, and if they are found to be in violation, the Building Inspector shall give to the owner of such premises written notice stating the action required to be taken by the owner and specifying the time within which such action must be taken, which time period shall be in accordance with the following schedule:
   (a)   Violations of Section 1482.07(b) or 1482.07(e) shall be corrected within twenty- four hours after such notice.
   (b)   Violations of Section 1482.07(n) that constitute a nuisance or safety hazard shall be corrected within seventy-two hours after such notice.
   (c)   Violations of Section 1482.07(c), 1482.07(i), 1482.07(l) or 1482.08 shall be corrected within forty-eight hours after such notice.
   (d)   Violations of Section 1482.07(j) or 1482.07(k) shall be corrected within ten days after such notice.
   (e)   Violations of Section 1482.07(f) shall be corrected within thirty days after such notice.
   (f)   Violations of Section 1482.07(d) shall be corrected within thirty days after such notice.
   (g)   The owner shall contract for or begin correction of any violation of Section 1482.07(a), 1482.07(g), 1482.07(h) or 1482.07(m) not later than thirty days after such notice and shall complete or cause to be completed correction of such violation not later than 180 days after such notice.
   (h)   The owner shall contract for or begin correction of any violation of Section 1482.07(n) not later than thirty days after such notice and shall complete or cause to be completed correction of such violation not later than 180 days after such notice, unless such violation constitutes a nuisance or safety hazard, in which event such violation shall be corrected within the time specified in subsection (b) hereof.
