   1480.02 AMENDMENTS.
   (a)   The following section of the International Property Maintenance Code, as adopted in Section 1480.01, is hereby amended to read as follows:
      101.1 Title: is hereby amended to include the name "City of Vermilion."
   
   (b)   The following section of the International Property Maintenance Code is hereby repealed: 106.4 Penalty.
