1478.04 CERTIFICATION THAT BUILDING IS SAFE.

When it appears to the Building Inspector that the building or structure is safe and that the requirements of the notice prescribed in Section 1478.02 have been complied with, he shall issue a certificate that the building is safe, and if a notice to vacate has been issued, he shall recall the notice and allow the building or structure to be used.
