The notice required in Section 1478.02
may also require that the building or structure be vacated by a certain date and not reoccupied until the specified repairs and alterations are completed and approved by the Building Inspector. The notice to vacate the building or structure shall be served by the Building Inspector upon any persons living in or using the property and shall specify the date by which the building or structure is to be vacated. After giving such notice, no person shall use or occupy the building or structure or any portion thereof until the provisions of this chapter and the orders of the Building Inspector have been complied with.
