1472.03 WORKING RULES AND STANDARDS.
   The following conditions shall be maintained during the course of the removal, razing or demolition:
   (a)   The area shall be kept free from dust by using covered chutes in disposing of and hauling away debris.
   (b)   The area shall be periodically cleaned of debris to prevent accumulation of the same.
   (c)   All working conditions and equipment shall be in accordance with the laws of the State in regard to removal, razing and demolition of buildings or structures.
   (d)   Sufficient barricades and warning lights or other devices shall be erected to warn the public of the existing danger. If deemed necessary by the Building Inspector, sidewalks with guard rails shall be provided for public use. No advertising or bill posting shall be allowed on any barricade other than warning or directional signs.
