1472.01 PERMIT REQUIRED; APPLICATION INFORMATION; NOTICE TO ADJOINING OWNERS.
   Any person wishing to remove, raze or demolish any building or structure shall make written application to the Director of Public Service for a permit to do so. The application shall contain the following information:
   (a)   A plan showing the location of the lot and the location of the building or structure on the lot.
   (b)   Dimensions, including height, of the building or structure to be demolished.
   (c)   Names and addresses of the owners of the property adjacent to the lot on which the building or structure is situated.
   (d)   Names and addresses of the owners of the building or structure to be removed, razed or demolished.
   (e)   Name and address of the person or contractor who will do the actual work.
   (f)   Proposed length of time to do the work.
   (g)   A plan acceptable to the City Building Inspector prescribing and requiring the removal of all friable asbestos materials to be accomplished before actual removal or demolition of the building in accordance with standards prescribed by the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency, which standards are hereby adopted by reference.
   No permit shall be issued until notice of the application for the permit has been given by the person who desires to remove, raze or demolish the building or structure, to the owners of the property adjacent to the lot on which the building or structure is situated. (Ord. 85-11. Passed 5-20-85.)
