Any revocation or suspension of, or refusal to issue or renew, a certificate of registration and qualification, or any other action or determination by any administrative officer under the provisions of this chapter, may be appealed to the Board of Building Code Appeals provided for in this Building Code. In the case of appeal of any revocation or suspension of a certificate of registration and qualification, such revocation or suspension shall be stayed until final judgment is rendered by the Building Official and/or Service Director.
