(a) No customary home occupation shall be permitted to operate unless the person conducting it first obtains permission from the Board of Zoning Appeals and obtains a permit to operate from the Administrative Officer as provided in Section 1271.02(b)(2).
(b) A fee of fifty dollars ($50.00) is hereby established for the original issuance of a permit.
(c) A fee of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) is hereby established for each annual renewal or a permit previously issued under the authority of this chapter.
