In addition to all other fees prescribed by the Codified Ordinances of the City of Vermilion, every person constructing in the City of Vermilion: a new dwelling unit; a new commercial space; a new industrial space; an addition of 1,000 square feet or more to an existing commercial space; or an addition of 1,000 square feet or more to an existing industrial space; shall pay to the City fees for park and recreation purposes as follows:
(a) $400.00 for each new single-family dwelling;
(b) $350.00 for each new dwelling unit in a two-family dwelling;
(c) $350.00 for each new dwelling unit in a multi-family dwelling;
(d) $100.00 for every 1,000 square feet, or portion thereof on a prorated basis, of new commercial space or for an addition of at least 1,000 square feet to existing commercial space; and
(e) $100.00 for every 1,000 square feet, or portion thereof on a prorated basis, of new industrial space or for an addition of at least 1,000 square feet to existing industrial space.
